With the dog days of summer upon us, summer vacation season is still in full swing. While some of us haven’t taken down our “out of office” messages since the Fourth of July, the HR industry thought leaders and bloggers have been hard at work producing great content on learning, leadership and talent management!

Syndicating risk – TotalConnection 2014 keynote speaker, Peter Capelli, was featured on Human Resource Executive Online with his post on project mismanagement and the ability, or lack thereof, for individuals to make decisions without group or executive buy-in.
